 Pro Series 63155, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Pro Series 63155 Black 48" x 20" Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier (Automotive) This is a good product overall good but the workmanship could be better. Product comes in two halves. These halves go together at the tubular sections but are not precise as mine left a small gap on one side. The two sections are held in place by plates on the front and rear and by three large bolts underneath that go through the receiver arm. The holes on the cargo carrier underneath are drilled slightly off resulting in the reciever arm being held slightly off the cargo carrier instead of being flush against it. The holes are also drilled such that my carrier had a slight tilt to one side once mounted to the car (my hitch is level). These holes need better tolerance/quality control to have an outstanding fit and quality mount to the vehicle.One other item to note is that the reciever arm it is not solid, although it is heavy gauge steel.
